The restlessness
The lines don’t flow. They scratch. My eyes stumble, try to follow, but lose their path. It reminds me of nights when my thoughts loop and snag, refusing to settle. I feel that same irritation in my skin.
Chest tight, breath shallow, blue presses without mercy — I choose not to move.
The confrontation
There’s no comfort here. I don’t feel held — I feel exposed. My body wants release, my mind wants explanation, but the work gives neither. It just waits, and in that waiting I realize how much I run from stillness that isn’t soft.

The shift
