These Terms apply to all orders placed on Koyero.com.

If your shipping destination is in the EU/EEA or the UK and you are a consumer, the 𝗘𝗨/𝗘𝗘𝗔 & 𝗨𝗞 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 below also applies.

Koyero sells, among other items:
• Originals (unique works)
• Limited editions
• Open editions
• Posters, coffee table books, frames, and accessories

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, our artworks are produced as acrylic face-mounted prints on Dibond.

Product images are shown as accurately as possible. Color, brightness, and contrast may vary depending on your screen and lighting conditions.

𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗢𝗔
Where applicable:
• Edition type (original / limited / open) is stated on the product page.
• Limited edition size is stated on the product page.
• A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is included with eligible artworks.
• Signing and numbering (where applicable) are provided on the COA.

𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We do not keep stock. Most products are produced one-by-one after you order.
Estimated production time: 1–3 weeks (estimate)

Custom sizes or personalized products may require additional production time. We will confirm any such timeline in writing.

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗩𝗔𝗧, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
A purchase contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, delivery restrictions, or practical impossibility to fulfill the order. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Payment methods are shown at checkout and may include providers such as Mollie, PayPal, and Klarna, as well as supported card and local payment options.
Payment must be completed before production begins.

We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by your chosen payment provider.

𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆
We ship packaged for art, with tracking and insurance where available.

Estimated shipping (transit) time: 1–4 weeks (estimate)
Estimated total delivery time (production + shipping): 2–7 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather, or customs processing.

𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, missed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we may charge additional shipping costs to reship.

𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹
If your order arrives damaged, email info@koyero.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• your order number
• photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damage

We will propose a fair remedy: replacement (where possible), repair, or refund depending on the situation.

𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺, 𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘆
If you receive the wrong item or notice a defect, email info@koyero.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos, and a short description.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 (𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄)
Return rights depend on destination and product type.

• EU/EEA & UK consumers: see the EU/EEA & UK Consumer Addendum below.
• Outside EU/EEA/UK: voluntary returns may apply only for certain product categories (see “Outside the EU/EEA/UK” below).

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗨/𝗘𝗘𝗔/𝗨𝗞: 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 (𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆)
If your shipping destination is outside the EU/EEA/UK:

A) Small Goods (posters, books, frames, accessories)
We offer a 30-day voluntary return window from delivery, subject to:
• items must be unused and undamaged
• original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
• customer pays return shipping
• original shipping costs and duties/taxes are not refundable by us

B) Acrylic Works (originals, limited editions, open editions)
Outside the EU/EEA/UK, Acrylic Works are final sale because they are produced to order, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀
Custom sizes and personalized products are made specifically to your specifications.
Where permitted by applicable law, these orders are final once production begins.

If you request a custom size or personalization, we will confirm details and any specific terms in writing.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆)
If you need to cancel, email info@koyero.com as soon as possible.

We offer a free cancellation window within 24 hours of ordering, or until production begins (whichever comes first). If production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

For EU/EEA/UK consumers, this does not affect statutory withdrawal rights after delivery, where applicable.

All website content, product photography, text, and images are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without written permission.

𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss where such limitation is permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝘄
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, where applicable.

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

This addendum applies if your shipping address is in the EU/EEA or the UK and you are buying as a consumer.

𝗔) 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.

𝗕) How to withdraw
Email info@koyero.com within 14 days and include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

𝗖) Return deadline and address
After you notify us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

𝗗) Return shipping costs
You pay the direct costs of return shipping, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

𝗘) Refunds
We refund within 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide proof of return shipment.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

𝗙) Handling and diminished value
You may inspect the goods as you would in a store. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we may deduct diminished value.

𝗚) Exceptions (custom/personalized)
Where a legal exception applies (for example, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized), the right of withdrawal may not apply. If an exception applies, we will state this clearly on the product page and at checkout.
