Warranty & Complaints Policy

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

This policy explains how we handle defects, wrong items, and complaints. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Shipping damage
Email info@koyero.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damage.

Defect or wrong item
Email info@koyero.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos, and a short description.

What we’ll do
Depending on the situation, we will offer a fair remedy:

β€’ Repair
β€’ Refund

If we ask you to return an item, we’ll confirm the return steps in writing.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about an order or our service, email info@koyero.com with your order number (if applicable) and a short description of the issue. Photos are helpful if relevant.
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
